15-Minute Total Fat-Burning Workout Routine

Carve out your fiercest body ever with this total-body, fat-burning workout routine. With 8 cal-torching moves performed at high intensity in just 15 minutes, you’ll definitely drip with sweat (and love it!). You can also sprinkle a few of these moves into your daily routine for an extra kick.

Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds for each exercise (4 min), without resting in between. Then rest one minute and the first set is completed. Do 2 more sets. It will take just 15 minutes to finish this fat-burning workout routine.

1. Chest Press With Legs Extended

This move will help you to build a stronger upper body while tacking on a major core challenge with every rep, so don’t be surprised when you start performing stronger pushups! Bend your knees or put your feet on the floor if you want to make this exercise easier. You can make it harder by keeping your legs closer to the floor.
