10-Minute Bikini Body Workout To Get Fit Before Summer

With a focus on shoulders, abs, and the booty, all the exercises in this bikini body workout are designed to help build a better bikini figure.

All you need to perform this bikini body workout is a pair of dumbbells (10-15 pounds each) and a bench.

So, as you can see, you can get a bikini body at home as long as you have minimum fitness equipment.

10-Minute Bikini Body Workout

Perform each of the 8 moves for 60 seconds, making sure to keep abs pulled and glutes squeezed at the top of each leg movement.

Try not to rest in between exercises. But if you really need to catch your breath, then do it for about 10 seconds.

For an advanced session, do this circuit 3 times through, taking a 2-minute break in between each circuit.

1. Tuck Jumps Over Bench (60 seconds)

Keep legs tucked as you hop over each side. One tuck over to each side equals one rep.

2. Renegade Rows (30 seconds/side)

Start with your back straight as you bend over. Lift the weight up to your ribcage, and then slowly let it back down (or lift high overhead for an extension).

Do 30 seconds with each arm, using 10 or 15 lbs dumbbells.

3. Jump Squats (60 seconds)

Keep your weight on your heels and your chest up. Jump high!

4. Dumbbell Overhead Press (60 seconds)

Keep a slight bend in your knees, push your shoulders up, and squeeze your glutes at the top. Keep your core engaged.

5. Bench-Side Step Ups (60 seconds)

Put your hands on hips, and keep your free foot flexed. Squeeze glutes at the top. One step up to each side equals one rep.

6. Bench Reverse Crunch (60 seconds)

Really tuck your legs in, and flex your feet.

7. Single-Leg Lunge On Bench (30 seconds/side)

Focus on slowly pushing through on your supporting heel. Do 30 seconds with each leg.

8. Bench Straight-Leg Reverse Crunch (60 seconds)

Slowly crunch at the top, lifting your lower back with straight legs. Keep arms gripped to the top of the bench.
