1. Be Consistent
Many people would start getting a membership at the gym as the New Year begins. You might not even get the chance to use the thread mill often. You shouldn’t be bothered for too long, most of them will get tired and quit after a while.
This is where consistency, discipline, and motivation come to play. According to research, it takes just about 21 days to make an activity into a habit.
Exercising isn’t an exception, although, it might take some people longer duration to make this into a routine.

Doing cardio is crucial for our health. It improves our heart function, respiratory system and if done regularly helps greatly with weight loss. It also boosts your brain activity.
Although, you should avoid doing too much of high-intensity cardio, so you don’t damage your joints. Increase physical load gradually, slowly getting used to the low-intensity aerobics.
It’s best to be consistent with low-intensity exercises for a duration of about half an hour to 45 minutes a day, once or twice a week. This could be running, jogging, or just walking a long distance.
However, if you’re more than 50 years of age, seek your doctor’s approval before embarking on these activities.
4. Take Part In Sport Events
There are lots of regular sports events from marathons to yoga flash mobs. You can join one of your preferences with your friends, colleagues, or relatives.
