Shake Recipes | Healthy Weight Loss

These recipes are included in the overnight weight loss diet. The preparation is simple: mix all the ingredients of each recipe in a blender and drink the shake immediately.

Chocolate and Banana

– 30 g protein powder;
– 1 banana sliced;
– 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup skimmed;
– ½ teaspoon cinnamon;
– 250 ml skimmed milk;
– a handful of ice cubes.

Apple and carrot

– 30 g protein powder;
– 250 ml water;
– 1 apple cut into cubes;
– 1 orange, peeled and diced;
– 1 banana sliced;
– 2 handfuls of spinach;
– 1 carrot.

The-Apple-and-Carrot-shake

Tropical shake

– 30 g protein powder;
– 1 banana sliced;
– 85 g of mango, peeled and diced;
– 50 ml coconut milk, light;
– 250 ml water;
– 3 handfuls of baby spinach;
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.

Milk-Shake Fruit-Coconut-Strawberry

Blueberries and spinach

– 30 g protein powder;
– 185 g of yogurt with blueberries;
– 1 banana, sliced;
– 2 handfuls of spinach;
– 150 g of blueberries;
– 2 handfuls of ice cubes.
