  1. Grate the lemon peel until you get a teaspoon of it. Then squeeze it to get 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  2. Combine half of the chopped mint with the lemon peel, a tablespoon of lemon juice, half of the minced garlic, a teaspoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. In a large bowl, add the radishes, watercress, the remaining lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil, the remaining mint, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Divide the mixture among 4 plates.

  7. Then put the chicken breasts on the grill and cook them for about 3 minutes on each side or until the meat just loses its pink color.
  8. Add a piece of grilled chicken breast to each serving.
