Do You Want A Perfect Body? Me Too!
For a perfect body, it’s not enough just to work for hours in the gym. You must be very careful with what you put on the plate. A proper diet can help you achieve your goals more easily.
1. Eat 5 Meals A Day
You need to go to the gym once a day, but eat 5 times. At first, it may seem like a surplus of calories, but you need to eat more if you want to develop your muscles.
2. Do Not Eat Carbs At Any Time
Most need them: before working out at the gym, during training, then after an hour and after four hours. Give your body the carbohydrates only when really needed.
3. Vary Protein Sources
Protein is essential for muscle. Therefore, it is better to take from all sources, animal or vegetable. Regarding meat, you can choose between venison, chicken, white fish, salmon. As a vegetarian source, you can choose between beans, fruits (walnuts, almonds, peanuts), seeds (flax, hemp), tofu, soybeans, peas, mushrooms and eggs.
4. Do Not Forget The Vegetables
Eat at least one serving of vegetables at every meal to optimize digestion and absorption of vitamins, but also to control blood sugar levels.
5. Varies Fat Sources
You need saturated fat, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats in your diet: walnuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, peanut butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado and as many types of seeds.
6. Start Your Day With A Natural Shake
Drink a high quality organic supplement when you wake up. It fills your body with easily absorbed vitamins, minerals, amino acids, chlorophyll, phytonutrients and alkaline salts that help neutralize acids.
