The #GimmeFive Challenge was initiated by The First Lady to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the health program “Let’s Move!“, which started back in 2010 to end childhood obesity in the United States.
So this year is all about fitness, all about health, all about small things and habits that make our lives healthier. And always should be like this!
I just want to remind people to keep an eye on their Twitter feed because they could be on the receiving end of one of these #GimmeFive Challenges that have been issued by the First Lady.
Again, The First Lady is challenging everyone to share what they’ve been doing to lead a healthier life on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media sites using the hashtag #GimmeFive and then passing on the challenge.
How To Participate?
To participate is really easy, just eat 5 new veggies, do 5 jumping jacks or 5 pushups or even walk up to 5 minutes and then issue your own challenge.
Let your friends and followers know your top 5 moves, tips, or healthy meals and celebrate a better, healthier life.
