Avoid high sugar flavored varieties, and instead top with fruits and nuts.
2. Another great choice for a diet breakfast is Greek yogurt. It is loaded with calcium, and has plenty of protein. Add some fresh fruit, and you will feel full all morning.
3. Any diet breakfast is improved with the addition of grapefruit. This humble fruit has great fat burning properties, is beneficial to your blood sugar levels, is filling, and has a large number of immunity-boosting antioxidants. To complete the perfect diet breakfast, add some protein in the form of some yogurt or an egg.
4. Do you typically get cravings at mid day? One of the best ways to keep them from occurring is to have a banana at breakfast. They are an excellent source of resistant starch, a healthy carbohydrate that keeps you feeling fuller longer. Add one to your yogurt or cereal for a healthy touch.
