Who doesn’t love fresh, juicy fruit? It’s nature’s candy and the best thing about fruit is you can usually eat a healthy portion without paying so much attention to calories. Feast your eyes on what fruits you can eat for 100 calories.

1. Blueberries

One and a quarter cups of blueberries is 103 calories and it’s also a great source of fiber.

2. Kiwis

Two whole kiwi fruits is only 93 calories. They also pack 1.7 grams of protein.

3. Pears

A medium-size pear is 96 calories. This tasty fruit also pack 5.8 grams of fiber.

4. Bananas

One medium-size banana is 105 calories and it also packs 422 mg of potassium.

5. Apples

One and 3/4 cups of sliced apples is 99 calories. You’ll also be consuming 4.6 grams of fiber.

6. Strawberries

Two cups of sliced strawberries is about 106 calories. It also has 500 mg of potassium which is more than a medium-size banana.

7. Cantaloupe

Two cups of diced melon is about 106 calories. This melon has Vitamins A and C too.

8. Grapes

About 30 grapes is 100 calories. They’re also high in disease fighting antioxidants.

9. Watermelon

Two and a quarter cups of diced watermelon is 103 calories and it also offers 2.1 grams of protein.

10. Oranges

One and a quarter cups of sliced oranges is 106 calories and besides the Vitamin C, it packs 407 mg of potassium.

100 Calorie Foods: Ice Cream

Warmer weather means it’s time for some cool and icy treats. But how many calories are those frozen desserts really costing you? time to find out what 100 calories of frozen treats really looks like.

1. Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich

2/3 of the sandwich is 113 calories. It also contains 70 mg of potassium which is really good for the body. But has also 170 mg of sodium, so watch out for that!

2. Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream

100 calories is just 2/5 of a cup. That’s not as much as a traditional serving which will normally cost you about 17 g of fat. That’s a little bit high for a full serving.

3. Snickers Ice Cream Bar

1/3 of a Drumstick Ice Cream Cone is 100 calories. The entire thing would be 290 calories and it also include 15 mg of cholesterol and also 100 mg of sodium.

7. Orange Cream Bar

9. So Delicious Minis Sandwich

The Delicious So Minis Sandwich is just 90 calories and it has 2 grams of fat and 1 gram of fiber and 2 grams of protein. This could be one of your healthier options.
