5. Legs day
A demi-god can’t expect to win any fight by working his upper body alone. So the part of the Herculoes workout that focuses on legs is really important- which is why The Rock performed it twice a week. Starting with 25 reps of leg extensions, he then did a leg press superset with weighted walking lunges, followed by the hack squat machine. Then came the Romanian deadlifts (where I assume he practiced lifting a small planet off the floor by sheer power), and some lying leg curls.
At the end of leg day, the Hercules workout consists of standing and seated calf raises.
What do you think of the Hercules workout? Would you dare try it, and do you think you could do it for a few months like Dwayne The Rock Johnson?
