5. Legs day
A demi-god can’t expect to win any fight by working his upper body alone. So the part of the Herculoes workout that focuses on legs is really important- which is why The Rock performed it twice a week. Starting with 25 reps of leg extensions, he then did a leg press superset with weighted walking lunges, followed by the hack squat machine. Then came the Romanian deadlifts (where I assume he practiced lifting a small planet off the floor by sheer power), and some lying leg curls.
At the end of leg day, the Hercules workout consists of standing and seated calf raises.
