1. Alternating Front And Lateral Raise

Do one lateral raise and then one front raise to finish one rep. Perform these moves 15 times.

2. Dumbbell Rows

Do 15 reps with your wrists facing in like in the picture below and then change the grip and do another 15 reps with your wrists facing out. Also, if you want to make it more challenging, you can do another 15 reps with your wrists facing each other.

3. “W” Dumbbell Kicks

Start in a “W” position with your arms bent, flip your arms without moving your elbows and then extend your arms. Now repeat the moves backwards to the starting position and you’re done with the first rep. Perform 15 reps. Don’t forget to maintain your elbows fixed throughout the entire exercise.

4. Bent Arm Side Raise

Keep your arms bent with the wrists facing each other. Bring your elbows up slightly above shoulder level and back down to the starting position. Do 15 reps of these exercises to banish bra bulge.

Stand with your wrists facing in against your legs and bring your elbows up while keeping the dumbbells in a straight line. Bring the dumbbells back dows to the starting position and repeat the exercise 15 times.

6. Dumbbell Wood Chops

This exercise to banish bra bulge also engages your core which is always a good thing. Start with a dumbbell in your upper right or left position and chop it down to the opposite side like you’re handling an axe. Once you do 15 reps in one side, switch to the other side for another 15 reps.
