3. Dietary cookies with lemon and almond


– 2 lemons

– 3 eggs

– 200 g fruitiness

– 55 g of flour

– 200 g of ground almonds

– 1 tablespoon baking powder


Put the lemons in a small saucepan, cover them with water and boil them for an hour on low heat. Cut the lemons in half, remove the pits and put everything in the blender.
