2. Dietary Cookies With Cinnamon And Ginger


– 280 g almond flour

– 2 tablespoons of agar powder (easily digested starches)

– ¼ teaspoon of sea salt

– ¼ teaspoon of baking powder

– 2 teaspoons ground ginger

– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

– 3 tablespoons of butter

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

– 50 g palm sugar or brown sugar


In a large bowl, combine almond flour, agar powder, salt, baking powder, ginger and cinnamon. In a smaller bowl, combine the butter, honey and vanilla. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Take one tablespoon of dough and form a ball, sink the “ball” in a bowl with water, then coat it with the brown sugar. Place dough balls on a tray lined with baking paper and flatten it with your hand. Bake cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes. Let them cool down and serve them.
