The Best Tips for a Toned and Tight Core

The Best Tips for a Toned and Tight Core

Let’s face it, no matter how flat (or not so flat) your stomach may be, everyone would love tips for a toned and tight core. And if you are planning on going on vacation or wearing anything fitted, your tighten core will give you a long, lean and sculpted body! If you follow my tips, you will no longer have to suck in your stomach on the beach. Sucking it all in is no way for a girl (or guy) to live. You should be proud of your body and treat it as your temple. Treat your body like you love it by living healthy with my tips for a toned and tighten core:

1. Tight Core Made Easy

Simply tightening your core in small 15 seconds bursts 2-3 times a day will teach your muscles to stay tight. You can do this while you are driving, standing in line at the grocery store or even while you are cooking. This will help you to tone and tighten your core and it is easy to integrate into your day. How do you do this? The same way you would tighten your bicep or any other muscle: engage the muscles.

2. Engage Your Abs During Exercise

As you lift your dumbbells and work your arms, engage your abs as well. By tightening your core when you lift weights you will protect your back as well as tone your abdominal region. All this can contribute to the results of a hard, strong and sexy core! Hurry and get engaged!

3. Perform The Plank

The plank is the most effective exercise for your total core. To perform the plank, lie on your forearms with your body in a straight line from head to toe, hold for 30-45 seconds and then release. Work your way up to over a minute and you will see the results of a toned and tight core!

4. Eliminate Sugar

It is easy to state all your goals but have you ever heard the saying, “Actions speak louder than words”? Putting your goals into action takes the will power and dedication required for great results. Eliminate sugar so that you can lean down, lose weight, feel great and get the abs you have always dreamed of. Stop staring at the magazines and start working on your own body. Eliminating sugar is removing a major toxin from your body which is attributed to bloating, and therefore it is a key ingredient in lean abs!

5. Drink More Water

Water is the way to go so that you can stay hydrated, flush all toxins out of your body, lean down to reveal your hard, strong core and also have more energy. Make sure you drink 8-12 glasses of water a day. Water is refreshing, healthy and thirst quenching so go ahead and enjoy some!

6. Get Your Cardio In

You can do thousands of crunches a day and still find your mid-section larger than you like because you need to lean down and lose your belly fat. You can only lose this belly fat by doing cardio exercising like running, biking, swimming or any other aerobic activity.

7. Think Thin And Eat Clean

If you think thin and get in the mindset that you will achieve your goals, you’ve won half the battle because believing has a great effect on your choices. Now do the other half and eat clean with whole grains, veggies and lean protein. Lean abs are made in the kitchen and toned in the gym, so eat clean!

These tips will help you to achieve a toned and tight core so make sure you stick to this plan. What are your weight loss and health goals? And what are you doing to achieve them?
