Omni Diet Rules

The basis of this diet is the program that lasts six weeks and is a fundamental principle proportion 70/30: Take 70% plant and 30% protein.

The diet contains no dairy and includes only organic foods without hormones and without inflammatory effect.

A serving of protein means a serving size of your palm and you must choose lean meats and more natural, with no hormones or antibiotics, preferably from animals reared in traditional conditions (outdoors and fed on grain and grass).

You can eat seafood and wild fish without hormones or antibiotics, and protein powder as a dietary supplement.

Alcohol consumption should be limited drastically, especially if the drinks contain gluten, but you can drink two glasses of wine or cocktails a week.

Other rules of the Omni Diet:

  • Eliminate animal products, except meat and organic eggs.
  • Soy-based products are removed.
  • Are not allowed vegetable oils with Omega 3.
  • No refined sugars and carbohydrates are allowed, no fruit juices.
  • Food should be as little processed.
  • Only allowed animal protein sources.

  2. Make an extra workout each week using weights.
  3. Find someone to give you an account of what you eat and how it evolves.

After the two weeks, the culinary cravings disappear completely and you tend to eat less, naturally.
