4. Shoulders Workout

In order to appear like being more of a mountain that he already did, The Rock focused on shoulders for an entire session. Part of his Hercules workout were hammer strength shoulder presses, seated dumbbell shoulder presses, standing side lateral raises, followed by 20 reps of the one arm cable side lateral raises. At the end of the shoulder Hercules workout he would do the reverse fly machine and bent over lateral raises. Phew, what a workout, I almost got tired just from typing all this…
