4. Keep Track Of Your Workout

Keeping track of your workout is one of the most important ways for you to know that you have progressed and for you to stay accountable to your goal. For instance, you will know if you managed to fit in 5 times a workout in a week or if you are sticking to your healthy meal plan. These information are key to show you results and to keep you going.

5. Repeat!

With all these steps and knowledge, nothing will count if you do not take action and repeat these steps. So take action now and repeat! Practice makes it perfect!

So pick your exercises from, build your exercise plan and repeat the same routine for the next 4-6 weeks. Beginners, remember that it takes at least 4-6 weeks for your body to adapt to a workout routine and see progression. Stick to the plan and you only will get stronger from when you started.
