Enviable Abs With Bicycle Crunches

Read this article to see what is the most simple and effective exercise for enviable abs!

How Hard Is To Get Enviable Abs?

Many manufacturers of weight loss pills or abdomen belts would tell you that if you buy the product in just a few days at least you’ll look perfect. But it is not so: an enviable abdomen, firm and without fat is difficult to obtain, even if you eat healthy and do sport.

It is a pity, however, that just because the way to the desired silhouette is so short, we refuse to take the first step and remain with the desire, without experiencing the feeling of being admired and lack of inhibitions.

I say we must have courage! Even if the road is a long one, is also smoother and anyone with a little willpower can go on it. Where do I start? With a few minutes of cardio per day (cycling, running, walking, etc..) for burning fats and with an exercise considered by the American Council on Exercise, the most effective abdominal exercise – bicycle crunches.

Enviable Abs At An Exercise Distance

And the beautiful part of this exercise is that you do not need room for special equipment, or the space or fitness accessories.

Remember, though: to burn fat, it is essential to do cardio! Although burns 60-70 calories / 15 minutes, bicycle crunches serves primarily for abdominal toning, not fat removal (like traditional crunches, that many of us do “to get rid of fat belly” without results). In other words, cardio shapes the abs, this exercise “ends up” helping you to have enviable abs in no time!

How To Make Bicycle Crunches?

Lie on a mat or carpet with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and hands behind your head (not your fingers together).

Lower back pressed to the mattress and tighten abs, raising your head and shoulders off the mat and simultaneously bringing the left elbow to right knee (left leg should be straight, suspended in air). Repeat the movement with your left knee and right elbow.

Do 3 sets of 15 movements in the morning to freshen up or evening to unwind.
