Amazing Breakfast Ideas To Make In A Mason Jar

You know my number one motivation for eating healthy? It’s not the fact that I sleep better at night and have more energy than… ever. It’s not even the fact that I lose weight whenever I eat healthy food. It’s the pretty pictures.

And if you’ve ever searched for images of healthy breakfast foods, half of them are in mason jars- smoothies, overnight oats, the whole shebang. But making something and then putting it in a mason jar so it looks pretty while I eat it in 10 minutes is a bit of a headache, so I got myself a bunch of breakfast recipes that you can make straight into the mason jar. Looks pretty and is really efficient. Just like us.
