Aerobic exercises are even capable of helping to offset the potential for cancer, diabetes, depression, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis.

There are specific pieces of equipment that can be used in an aerobic program. However, these things are not necessary.

For your aerobic program to be effective, it needs to keep in mind your age, your physical limitations (if there are any), and your time restrictions. Start with a simple program that allows for thirty or so minutes a day at a rate of at least three sessions per week. Even a spirited thirty-minute walk can be hugely beneficial.  As your body gets used to being pushed in such a way, you’ll be able to do more and try for more elaborate aerobic exercises.
