I don’t have any back fat but these tips make sense. Carbs can do more harm than good if used neglectfully. And exercise is super important.

I love the cardio point. It is very effective and I can say it worked for me. I also did sit-up daily. Like 30 reps per day. You can just start like 10 a day and with time you’ll do much better. Consistency is key in losing back fat
