Military Diet Meal Plan To Lose Up To 10 Pounds In 3 Days

The 3 Day Military Diet meal plan requires for you to stick to a strict meal plan for 3 days, and then eat normal (healthy options, of course!) for the next 4 days.

It’s just that simple to lose from 5 to 10 pounds in a week. Repeat this process whenever you want to lose weight again.

3 Day Military Diet Meal Plan

Since The Military Diet meal plan is really low in calories, water will be your weapon against hunger. Every time you’re hungry but it’s not time to eat yet, drink a glass or two of water. It’s not really enjoyable, but it’s effective!

Day 1

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, one cup of coffee or tea (without sugar).

Snack: 1/2 of banana.

Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna, 1 slice of toast, no sugar coffee or tea (caffeinated).

Snack: 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Dinner: 3 ounces of any kind of meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1 small apple.

Day 2

Breakfast: 1/2 of banana, 1 slice of toast, 1 hard boiled egg.

Snack: 1/2 of banana.

Lunch: 1 ounce of cheddar cheese, 1 hard boiled egg, 5 saltine crackers.

Snack: 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Dinner: 3 ounces of any kind of meat, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots.

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 small apple, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers.

Snack: 1/2 of banana.

Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast.

Snack: 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Dinner: 1 cup of tuna.

Day 4 – Day 7

Eat normal, healthy options to maintain weight loss. Here are some healthy meal plans for these 4 days:

As you can see, The Military Diet meal plan is really low in calories, that’s why it’s not recommended to follow more than 3 days. From day 4 to day 7 you need to eat normal quantities of healthy foods, so you don’t gain the weight back.

This is not the true military diet. There are no snacks. Just an example with day 1, the ice cream is supposed to be a part of dinner. It’s supposed to be full fat, normal vanilla ice cream. You cannot substitute foods. It’s the chemical reaction between these foods that… Read more »
