2. Kiwis

Two whole kiwi fruits is only 93 calories. They also pack 1.7 grams of protein.

3. Pears

4. Bananas

One medium-size banana is 105 calories and it also packs 422 mg of potassium.

5. Apples

Warmer weather means it’s time for some cool and icy treats. But how many calories are those frozen desserts really costing you? time to find out what 100 calories of frozen treats really looks like.
