Today I prepared a set of exercises for buttocks recommended by Tracy Anderson, fitness guru that trains celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Emily Blunt.

Exercises for buttocks recommended by Tracy Anderson

1. Shearing kick on the floor

Stay supported on hands and knees, then only on the left hand and right knee. Raise your left knee, put your left ankle on the right one and raise your right hand side, palm up. Raise your left leg with your knee bent. Repeat this exercise 30 times on each side.

2. Leg side kick

Stay supported on hands and knees with your left foot outside, as the hand on the same side, that you can bend for more support. Turn your left knee on the inside. Kick left foot to the side, keeping the leg tensed. Do 30 reps on each side.

3. Exercise for a round butt

Support yourselfon your hands and knees, then move your center of gravity of the left leg and left hand. The body is naturally turning to the right. Put your right hand on the left shoulder and left ankle over the right one. Keep the right leg flexed and raise it up as much as possible. Repeat 30 times on each side.

4. Squat with kick

Stay in marathon start position, leaning on your right knee. Stretch your left leg and lift your right leg at 90 degrees to the left one, holding hands firmly anchored in the floor. Do 30 reps on each side.
